Karaciğerin Yağlı Enfiltrasyonunda, Tümör İzlenimini Veren Yerel Olarak Kalmış Normal Dokunun, Bilgisayarlı Tomografi İle Belirlenmesi
Abstract
Karaciğerin yaygın yağlı enfiltrasyonunda, yerel olarak kalmış normal doku içeren bir olgu incelenmiştir. Ultrason incelenmesinde, yağ enfiltrasyonu arasında, yerel olarak kalmış normal doku, hipoekoik lezyon olarak tanımlanmıştır. Bilgisayarlı Tomografi ile, bunun normal doku olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Yağlı Karaciğerde, tümör izlenimini veren normal dokunun, ayırıcı tanıda unutulmaması önemlidir.

Normal Tissue, Mistaken for Tumorous Growth in a Case of Fatty Infiltration of the Liver : CT's Contribution in such Cases
Abstract
One case of focal normal tissue in fatty in filtration of the liver is reported. The area of this normal hepatic parenchyma may be misinterpareted by Ultrasound as pathological hypoecoic lesion. This condition is verified with CT as normal tissue this appearance shouldnever be forgotten in differantial diagnosis.
