Abstract

AIDS'in aydınlatılabilmesi ve tedavisinin sağlanmasında elimizde mevcut olanaklar şöyle sıralanabilir
Bugün hastalık etkeni olduğu kesin söylenmese de, hastalıkla önemli oranda beraber olduğu gösterilen bir virus mevcuttur.
Bu virusun hücre kültürlerine adaptasyonu ve bu yolla çoğal tılabilmesi sağlanabilmektedir. Hastalığın spontan hayvan modeli vardır, hasta mahsulleriyle hayvanlara geçirilebilmesi olanak dahilindedir
