Abstract

Hasta sinüs sendromlu 8 vak'a da düzeltilmiş sinüs düğümü toparlanma süresi (DSDTS) nin değeri araştırıldı. DSDTS 6 vak'a da (% 75) uzamış olarak, 2 vak'a da ise normal (% 25) olarak bulundu. DSDTS nin ölçülmesinin hasta sinüs sendromu tanısında yararlı bir test olabileceği kanısına varıldı.

The Value Of Corrected Sinus Node Recovery Time In The Diagnosis Of Sick Sinus Syndrome

Abstract

We investigated the value of the corrected sinus node recorvery time (c SNRT) in 8 patients with sick sinus syndrome (SSS). cSNRT was prolonged in 6 pts (% 75) and was normal in 2 ptts (% 25). This stüdy suggests that determination of cSNRT can be a valilable test in the diagnosis of SSS.
