Abstract

Otuz yaşında bir kadın hastaya ait sağ sürrenalde laparatomi sırasında, görülen bir kist vakası takdim edilmiştir. Hasta, kliniğe kronik kolesistit bulguları ile müracaat etmiştir. Sürrenal kistleri ender görülür ve özel bulgu vermezler. Duvarlarındaki kalsifikasyon röntgenolojik olarak tanısal bir değere sahiptir.

Abstract

A pseudocyst of adrenal glandina 30 year-old woman is presen-, ted. The patient was admitted to the Surgery Service complaining upper guadrant pain similar to chronic cholecystitis. The cysts of adrenal glands occur very rarely and don't cause any “particular symptoms. The calcification in their wals on a simple abdominal x-ray film is an important diagnostic feature.
