Düşük Tehdidi Olgularının Tanı Ve Prognozunda Maternal Serumda İnsan Plasental Laktojeni (Hpl) Ve Alfa Feto-Protein (Afp) Seviyelerinin Değeri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hast. ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı Kliniğinde 1,1.1983-30.4.1983 tarihleri arasında yatarak tedavi gören 28 düşük tehdidi ve polikliniğe başvuran nor mal gebeliği olan 10 kadın üzerinde yapıldı. Gerek konuyla ilgili literatürdeki bilgiler ve gerekse aldığımız sonuçlar, AFP ve HPL'nin, özellikle birlikte değerIendirildiklerinde ma temal serum seviyelerinin düşük tehdidi tanısında ve gebeliğin prognozunun tayininde güvenilir, hassas ve çabuk bir yöntem olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.

Abstract

28 patients with diagnosis of threatened abortion and 10 ouİpatient healthy pregnant woment had been evaluated between 1.1.19834.30.1983 in Ankara University School of Medicine, Departmen tof Obs tetrics and Gynecology. Prenious publications and our results show that, maternal serum levels of AFP and HPL espacially if evaluated together is a good, pre cise and reliable index in diagnosis and prognosis of threatened abortion.
