Abstract

A patient with TAR Syndrome (Thrombocytopenia with absent radius) has been presented and the other syndromes with radial apIasia or hypoplasia have been reviewed. Although quite rare, throm•ğ bocytopenia, with absent radii syndrome is important since it has been confused with Fanconi's anemia.

Tar Sendromu

Abstract

Nadir görülmesine karşın Fanconi aplastik anemisi ile ayırıcı tanısı önem gösteren TAR (Trombositopeni ve radyus yokluğu) sendromlu bir olgu sunulmuş ve radius aplazisi yada hipolazisi ile birlikte olan nedenler gözden geçirilmiştir.
