Abstract

Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kliniğinde 1983 - 1983 yıllarında, Myoma Uteri ön tanısı ile total histerektomi uygulanmış 222 olguda postoperatif histopatolojik neticeler değerIendirilmiş ve % 66.8 oranında kesin tam leiomyom olarak bulunmuştur. % 33.4 oranında ise leiomyom tespit edilememiştir

Abstract

İn our clinic, in years 1982-83 total abdominal hysterectomy was applied to 222 patient which was diagnosed as myoma of uterus cli-% nically, Postoperatively, they were evaluated pathologically and in 66,6 percent the diagnosis was confirmed. İn 33.4 percent there were leiomyoma.
