Multiple injuries of the abdominal organs (Retrospective study of 133 cases)

Abstract

The average age is 24.8 years. The average duration of entry is 8.75 hours in a series of 0133 (90.9 men) multiple abdominal organ injuries. The most significant contributors to injury cases are 54.8 firearm injuries and 21.3 road accidents. Hypovolemia is the leading cause of death in the first 24 hours (54.7). We had 35.8 complications and 31.5 postoperative deaths.
