Prostaglandınler Ve İmmun Sistemin Karsinogenesisteki Rolü

Abstract

Tumor immunolojisindeki büyük gelişmeler ve neoplazi-prostaglandin (PG) ilgisi üzerindeki araştırmalar : PG sentetaz inhibitörlerinin (PGSD neoplazi sağaltımında kullanılması gibi yeni yaklaşımlar getirmiştir. Bu gelişmeler PG'ler immun sistem-neoplazi ilişkilerinin çok iyi bilinmesini gerektirmekte ve bu ilişkilerin karsinogenesiste nasıl bir rolü olabileceğini düşündürmektedir.

Prostaglandıns And The Role Of The Immune System In Carcınogenesıs

Abstract

Major developments in tumor immunology and research on the neoplasia-prostaglandin (PG) relationship have brought new approaches such as the use of PG synthetase inhibitors (PGSD) in the treatment of neoplasia. These developments require a good understanding of the PG immune system-neoplasia relationships and suggest the role of these relationships in carcinogenesis.
