In this study a serie of 147 personel cases are presented. This serie consiste of, 19,4 % liver damage, 20,5 % benign biliary tract strictures, 19,7 % various types of biliary fistulas, 30,8 % residual common duct stones, 12,3 % biliary f biliary fistulas, 8,9 % chronic pancreatitis, % cystic duct remnant, and 3,4 % other pathologies. There was an average of 3,9 % years period between the onset of complaints and primary operation. The manifestations was 85 % pain. Intravenous cholangiography proved to be valuable in 89 % of the cases. In this serie we used, 44,8 % T-tube drainage of common bile duct, 26 % operations on autonome nerves, 22,6 % various bilio-digestive anastomosis, % sphincteroplasty and 3,33 % others ope'rations. Our post-operative morbidity was 24,8 % mortality was 10,9 0/c . Far results between 1 to 25 years are 71,4 % total cure, 11,6 % amelioration, 5,4 % bad results and recideive and, 10,9 % exitus,
