Abstract

Ankara Üniversitesi TIP Fakültesi Kadln Hastallklarl ve Dožum Klinižinde 1983 - 1983 Ylllarmda, Myoma Uteri ön tamsr ile total histerektomi uyguIanm1S 222 olguda postoperatif histopatolojik neticeler degerlendirilmi; ve % 66.6 oranmda kesin tam leiomyom olarak bulunmustur. % 33.4 oramnda ise leiomyom tespit edilememi$tir.
