Premenopozal Disfonksiyonel Kanamalarda Endometrium Histopatolojisi

Abstract

Kliniğimizde, premenopozal irregüler kanaması olan 150 hastaya diagnostik amaçla endometrial küretaj yapıldı. % 56.6 oranında disfonksiyonel kanamayı teyideden histopatolojik örnek ve % 15.3 oranında premalign ve malign histopatolojik tanı konuldu.

Endometrial Histopathology in Premenapausal Disfunctional Bleeding

Abstract

In our clinic, we carried out diagnostic endometrial curettage to 150 premenapausal patients who have irregular bleeding. We found 56.6 % endometrial pathology causing disfunctional bleeding and 15.3 % premalign and malign endometrial disease.
