Abstract

Non-Septik kalçalarda, özellikle ileri yaşlı hastalarda, Total Kalça Artropasti ameliyatları başarılı sonuçlar verir. En başta, ağrı prob lemi ortadan kalkar, kalça hareket serbesti kazanır. Hasta 4-5 gün içinde ambulatuvar safhaya girer. Ancak genç hastalarda ameliyat indikasyonunda çok hassas olmalıdır, tercihan diğer paliatif ameliyatlar uygulanmalıdır. Burda ameliyatın en çok görülen komplikasyonları gözden geçirilmiştir,

Abstract

After this procedure, normal hip motions are regained without any pain, Patients can move around in 4-5 days. But in the young age group of patients, indications of this operation should be limited and some other paliative procedures should be prefered.
