Abstract

A patient with TAR Syndrome (Thrombocytopenia with absent radius) has been presented and the other syndrome$ with radial aplasia or hypoplasia have been reviewed. Although guite rare, thrombocytopenia, with absent radii syndrome is important since it has been confused with Fanconi's anemia.

Abstract

Nadir görülmesine karşın Fanconi aplastik anemisi ile ayırıcı tânısı önem gösteren TAR (Trombositopeni ve radyus yokluğu) sendromlu bir olgu sunulmuş ve radius aplazisi yada hipolazisi ile birlikte olan nedenler gözden geçirilmiştir.
