Safrakesesi Hastalıklarının İncelenmesinde Ggmtc-1da Kolesistosintigrafisinin Değeri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada safra kesesi hastalığı olan hastalarda 99mTc-IDA kolesistosintigrafisinin klinik uygulamadaki değeri incelendi 13 normal ve 39 muhtelif safra kesesi hastalığı olan hastaya 99mTc-IDA kolesistosintigrafisi yapıldı. Kolesistosintigıafi bulguları, önceden nihayi teşhisin konmasına yardımcı olan incelemelerle mukayese edildi. Bu 39 hastanın analizleri, kolesistosintigrafinin belirgin safra kesesi hastalığı olan hastalarda kullanılımının endike olduğunu göstermiştir. Bu hastalanla, safra kesesi hastalığını belirgin olarak ortaya çıkarılmasında pozitif koleşistosintİgrafİ bulguları % 100 olarak uygunluk göstermiştir. *ğmTc-IDA kol. sistosintigrafisi safra kesesi hastalığı için patognomonik değildir fakat safra kesesi patolojisinin mevcudiyetinin gösterilmesinde spesifiktr.

Value Of Ggmtc-1da Cholecystoscıntıgraphy In The Examınatıon Of Gallbladder Dıseases

Abstract

This stüdy evaluated the clinical usefülnes of 99mTc-IDA cholesistoscyntigraphy in paüents Who had galibladder diseases, 13 normal and 39 patients with different gallbladder diseases had ğ9mTc-IDA cholesistoscyntigraphy performed, The findings of cholesistoscyntigraphy were compared with the final diagnosis to determine the predictive usefulness of the stüdy- Clinical analysis of this 39 patents shows that *1Tc-IDA cholesistoscyntigraphy can be used to indicate with patients have significant gallbladder disease. Pozitive cholesistoscyntigraphy predioted significant galibladder disease in 100 % Of these patients. WmTc-IDA cholesistoscyntigraphy is not pathognomonic for galibladder disease but is spesific indicator for galibladder TMthology
