Abstract

Ender teşhis edilen, enfeksiyon, ağrı ve böbrekte parankim kaybına neden olan iki pyelokaliseal divertikül vakası nedeniyle literatür gözden geçirildi. Pyelokaliseal divertiküllerin oluşumu üzerindeki son görüşler belirtildi. Bu vakaların teşhisi ve karıştığı çeşitli hastalıklarla ayırıcı tanısı üzerinde duruldu. Şimdiye kadar uygulanan değişik ve güç operasyon tekniklerinin tatbikine gerek olmadığı fizyopatolojik prensiblere göre izah edildi. Williams'ın tarif ettiği ve bizim de vakalarımız da uyguladığımız DEROOFİNG adlı, basit operasyon tekniğinin çok
yeterli olduğu belirtildi ve tavsiye edildi.

Pyelo - Caliceal Diverticula

Abstract

Literature was reviewed for two pyelocaliceal diverticula that can rarely be diagnosed and manifest themselves with infection, pain and loss of kidney paranchyma. The recent views on the formation of pyelocaliceal diverticula were presented. Diagnosis of the cases and differantial diagnosis from other diseases were dscussed. The application of some very complex and diverse operation techniques were found unnecessary according to histopathologic prirciples. The operation we used, the deroofing technique that Williams has defined was found sufficient and was recommended strongly.
