Abstract

Romatizmal ateş ve kronik romatizmal kapak hastalıkları hala önemli sağlık sorunlarıdır Profilaksinin önemi, kapak deformitelerini önleyen bir tedavi türü olmaması gerçeğiyle artmaktadır. Öte yandan, profilaksi için kesin bir yol yoktur. Hastanın duyarlılığı da çevresel kadar önemlidir. Bu duyarlılığın temeli genetik ve immünolojiktir.
Bu ase olarak humoral ve hücresel bağışıklık bozukluklarına işaret eden ipuçları vardır. tect

Son zamanlarda, romatizmal ateşi önleyecek multivolent streptokok aşıları yapılmaktadır. İnsanlar için kolayca uygulanabilir bir form geliştirildiğinde, bu aşılar erkekleri romatizmal kapak deformitelerinden koruyacaktır.

Abstract

Rheumatic fever and chronic rheumatic valvular diseases are still important health problems. The importance of prophylaxis is incracased by the fact that there is no type of therapy that prevents valvular deformities. On the other hand, there is not a definite way for prophylaxis. Sensitivity of the patient is also important as enviromental. The basis of this sensitivity are genetic and immunological. There are clues showing humoral and cellular immunity disturbances in this dise ase. tect

Recently, multivolent streptococcal vaccines are being made which will profrom rheumatic fever. When an casily applicable form for humans is deveİoped, these accines will protect men from rheumatic İever and its chronic valvular deformities.
