Karaciğer Hemangioma'ları

Abstract

10 karaciğer hemanğoma'sı sunuldu. % 90 kadın olan hastalarda ortalama hastalık süresı 29,2 aydır. Fizik muayenede % 100 oranında tümör bulundu. Bir hastada selektif hepatik anjiografi (çünkü her hastada hemangioma boyanamaz) ve iki hastada ekografi ile ameliyattan önce tam konabildi. Tedavi için 3 atipik 10-Karaciğer Hemangiomdlarl bektomi, 2 Arteria hepatica ligatürii ve 5 basit laparatomi + radyoterapi uygulandl. Hastahane mortalite ve morbidite'si yoktur. Uzak sonuçlar memnunluk verici olmustur.

Liver Hemangiomas

Abstract

Ten liver hemangiomas are presented. 90 % of the patients were female and approxiamately the disease had lasted 29,2 months. On physical examination ended up 100 % with tumor. The preoperative diagnosis were made by selective hepatic angiograpgy for one person (Because hemangioma is not colored in all patients) and two patients with echoraphy. 3 atypic lobectomy, 2 ligation of arteria hepatica and 5 simple laparatomy + radiotherapy were done for therapy. Ther was no hospit"l morbidity and mortality. The further the survivals are better the results.
