Prolactin Pathology And Bromocriptine Therapy In Galactorrhea Syndromes

Abstract

In this study, we presented our preliminary observations on prolactin pathology and on the results obtained with bromocriptine therapy in 41 cases with galactorrhea. It is still early to have a clear conclusion on the effect of bromocriptine therapy on the cases of acromegaly, hirsutism and hypogonadism which were taken up separately, Bromocriptine 497 Nevertheless, in acromegalic associated with galactorhea, galactorrhea usu ally decreased in a short period. In addition, one of our female cases with amenorrhea and galactorrhea gained hlr capacity for fertilisaticn and became pregnant, In one of our male cases with hypogonadism, spermatogenetic function started with bromocriptine therapy.

Galaktore Sendromlarında Prolaktin Patolojisi Ve Bromocriptine Tedavisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada galaktore ile başvuran 41 olguda prolaktin patolojisi ve bromokriptin tedavisi ile elde edilen sonuçlar üzerine ön gözlemlerimizi sunduk. Ayrı ayrı ele alınan akromegali, hirsutizm ve hipogonadizm vakalarında bromokriptin tedavisinin etkisi konusunda net bir sonuca varmak için henüz erkendir, Bromokriptin 497 Bununla birlikte galaktore ile ilişkili akromegaliklerde galaktore genellikle kısa sürede azalmıştır. Ayrıca amenore ve galaktore olan kadın hastalarımızdan biri fertilizasyon kapasitesi kazanarak gebe kalmıştır. Hipogonadizm olan erkek hastalarımızdan birinde bromokriptin tedavisi ile spermatogenetik fonksiyon başlamıştır.
