Abstract

137 vakadan oluşan bir serinin (54 kadın ve 83 erkek) yaş ortalaması 54,2 yıl, hastalığın ortalama süresi 10,4 aydır. Klinik belirtiler arasındâ 90 28,8 hemorröid, dışkılama düzeninin 7 28,8 oranında bozulmamış olması ilginçtir, Bu seride 9 21,1 nüks bulundu. Tanı, 7 47,7 rektal tuşe, Jo 95 proktoskopi ve 37,5 kolon grafisi ile konmuştur. 0
55 hematüri ve o 23,3 piüri vardır. Çeşitli lokalizasyonlardaki metastaz oranı 9 34,4 dür. 9b 41,4 oranında radikal bir girişim yapılabilmiştir. Histolojik muayene sonuçları 5 70,5 Adeno-Ca., 95 26,8 mukus salgılayan adeno-Ca. ve /e 2,4 Maliga Lymphoma'dır.
Hastahane ölümü ve ilk bir yıl içinde ölüm oranı o 3 dür.

Corcinoma of the rectum (Follow-uf study on 137 cases)

Abstract

This series consists of 137 cases (83 males and 54 females). Avarage age İs 54,2 years and average duration of the disease is 10,4 months, Among the clinical sigas, Lt is interesting that the habit of defecation doesn't alter in 28,8 96 and the presence of hemorrhoid in 28,8 &. We found recurrence in 21,1 9 in ihis series, The diagnosis was made by rectal examinations in 47,7 9, Proctoscopy. in 9b 95 and by Bariüm enema studies of the colon in 87,5 o. There was Hematuria in 5,5 and Pyuria in 23,3 90. The rate of metastatis was 34,4 Yb in different paris.

Radical procedures could be performed in 41.4 Se. The results of the histological studies : Adeno ca was 70,5 7, Mucous secreting Adeno ca Was 26,8 'd and Malignant Lymphoma Was 2,4 6.

The hospital mortality and postoperative first year mortality were 3 96.
