Postoperatif Akut Pankreatit Ve Koruma
Abstract
Bu çalışmada AÜTF Genel Cerrahi Bilim Dalında 1972-1981 yılları arasında yapılan cerrahi girişimler içinde saptanan 13 post operatifakut pankreatit ini olgusu ve bu komplikasyondan korunma yöntemleri incelendi.
