Ventriküler Septum Anevrizması

Abstract

Hem membranöz ve hem de musküler septumda oluşmuş bir ventriküler septum anevrizması vakası klinik özellikleri, hemodinamik ve anjiokardiyografik bulgulan ile birlikte bildirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda hem transpulmoner ve hem de sağ ventrikülde intrakaviter sistolik gradient oluşturması yönünden ilgi çekici olduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca müskiiler septum anevrizmasının yalnızca akkiz olarak myokard infarktüsünden oluşmadığı, konjenital olabileceği belirtilmiştir.

VENTRICULAR SEPTUM ANEURYSM

Abstract

A case of aneurysm of the ventricular septum involving both the membranous and the musculer portion of the ventricular septum with its clinical features, haemodynamic and angiocardiographic studies have been outlined. In addition its aspects of producing bath the transpulmonary and the right ventricular intraca vitarÿ systolic pressure gradient has been emphasized. Tt as been also pointed out that the aneurysm of the musculer ventricular septum does not only originates from myocardial infarction as an acquired lesion, but may be congenital as well.
