Pankreasın Farklı Yapılarının Belirlenmesinde Uygun Histolojik Boyama Yöntemlerinin Kıyaslı İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada pankreasda endokrin ve ekzokrin parankima ile stromanın yapısını belirlemek amacıyla çeşitli histolojik boyama yöntemleri denendi. Laboratuvarın alışılmış yöntemi hematoxylin - eosin ile endokrin pankreasın alışılmış boyama yöntemi azan yanında çeşitli özel boyama yöntemleri uygulandı. Uygulanan bu yöntemlerden aldehyde-fuchsin'in B hücrelerini, gümüş tuzlarının ise A veya D hücrelerini özel olarak belirlemesi yanında, aldehyde - fuchsin, orange G ve light green boya karışımının endokrin pankreasda farklı renkde üç tür hücre ile ekzokrin bölümlerde ve stromada da farklı yapıları saptamaya uygun bir boyama yöntemi olduğu görüldü.

Abstract

In this study various histological staining methods were examined for the demonstration of endocrine and €xocrine parenchymal and stromal sturucture of pancreas. In addition to the rutin Hematoxylin - Eosin staining procedures of laboratory and habitual Azan staining procedure of endocarine pancreas, various special staining technigucs were applied. From these aldehyde - fuchsin showed B cells and argentum salts showed A or D celis specialIy. But aldehyde - fuchsin, orange G and light green mixed staining procedures, showed 3 types of cells with distinct colors in endocrine pancreas and demonstrated different stuructures in &xocrine parts and stroma.
