Abstract

Endoskopik muayene ile mesane tümörlerinin tanısı genellikle hiç bir zorluk göstermez. Ancak bazı önemli muayenelerin yapılması ihmal edilecek olursa hatalar ortaya çıkabilir. Hatalı teşhis ve tedavi edilmiş mesane tümörlü bir olgu sunulmuş ve bu arada mesane tümörü teşhis ve tedavisindeki bata ve tehlikeler belirtilmiştir.

Errors and Dangers in Bladder Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment

Abstract

As a rule, the detection of bladder tumors by endoscopic examination presents no particular difficulties. However, it is also subject to a certain degree of error if the other necessary examination methods are neglected. A case of a bladder tumor that was incorrectly diagnosed and treated was reported, and the errors and dangers associated with bladder tumor diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
