Post-Operatif Karın Duvarı Gazlı Kangreni

Abstract

Ön karın duvarında gazlı gansronun nadir ve tehlikeli bir komplikasyonu olan 5 vakanın sunumu. Patojenik ajan olarak sadece bir kez Clostridium Welchii bulduk. Tedavide yüksek doz IV antibiyotik tedavisiyle birlikte çok kapsamlı cerrahi müdahaleler gerçekleştirdik. Ölüm oranımız 80.25'tir.

Abstract

Presentation de 5 cas de gansröne gaseuse de la parole abdominale antdricuıe comme une complication râre et dangörcuse. Nous avons trouvc une seule foi Clostridium Welchii comme agent pathogöne. On a pratiguc des intervention chirurgicale vraiment larges combindes avec |antibiothörapie i.v. â haute dose dans le traitement. Notre taux de decös est 80 25.
