Abstract

Bu ameliyenin uygulandığı uzun taakip vakaları henüz yoktur. Şimdiye kadar ameliyat edilen KKÇ vakalarında femorql komponentin gevşeme veya kırılmasına rastlanmadı. Aynı şekilde asetalular komponentin gevşemesi veya aşınması da söz konusu olmadı, ancak bir vakada ameliyatlı taraf üzerine düşmeye bağb bir gevşeme kaydedilmiştir, Ameliyatta konan iliak oto greflerde ve vidalarda da bir kırılma veya gevşeme kanıtlanmamıştır, Greflerin revaskularinasyan mekanizması tam olarak bilinmiyor ve bunların bir komplikasyonu da görülmemiştir,

indications and Surgical Technique of Total Hip Replacement For Congenital Dislocation of the Hip

Abstract

The long-term results of these procedures are not yet avaible. So far no CDH femoral component has come loose or broken. which was connected with fall down on effected side. All autografts have united and no screews have broken or loosened. The effects of revascularisation on the grafts in unknown and conceivably be deleterious.
