Abstract

Genel Cerrahi Kliniğinde Duodenum ülserinin cerrahi tedavisinden sonra post operatif erken devrede ortaya çıkan mide boşalmasındaki güçlük izlenmiştir. Bu inceleme sırasında ortaya çıkan bu komplikasyonun nedenleri, tanı ve tedavisi üzerinde durularak, çalışmamızı oluşinran 370 vakalık seride ortaya çıkan boşal- ma güçlüğü ile literatürde, aynı yöntem'er ile çalışan araştırıcıların sonuçları kar- şılaştırılmıştır.

Abstract

Delayed gastric emptying which is in seen early postoperative period after the surgical treatment of the Duodenal ülcer has been examined in Clinic of General Surgery. During this examination, We dwelt on the causes of thiş complication, diagnosis and therapcutical procedures and delayed gastric empiying occurring in our study which consisted of 370 cases and the results of the authors which perfor- med the same procedures were compared.
