Abstract

Yeni geliştirilmiş olan bir optik uretrotom tanıtıl dı. Uretra darlıklarının bu optik uretrotom ile transuretral insizyonu, kör olarak ve elektriki uygulanan uretrotomi'lere nazaran daha üstündür ve her türlü uretra darlıklarında mümkündür.Girişim hasta için pek bir yük teşkil etmez, çok defa lokal anestezi altında ambulant uygulanabilir.Bu metod ile yapılan bizim çalışmamız 1975-1977 yıllarında 48 uretra dar ilkli hastada 73 cerrahi girişimi kapsamaktadır.

For The Treatment Of The Ham Tube Stricture Door : Internal visual urethrotomy with a sharp incision

Abstract

The development of a new visual urethrotome has been reported iiber•The transurethral sharp incision of the urethral strictures with this visual urethrotome is superior to the blind and clctric urethrotomies and is possible with normal urethral strictures. The procedure is not very stressful and can often be performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia.
Our experience with this method is based on 73 procedures performed in 48 patients with urethral knitting in the period between 1975-1977.
