Abstract
sebeplcrle uygulanan ACTH ve glukokortikoidlerin cushingoid send roma neden olabilecekleri bilinmektedir.
Bu makalede 25 cushing sendrom olgumuz taktim edilmii ve hastalarmnz da saptanan klinik ve laboratuvar verileri gözden geçirilmi¥tir.
Bu Olgular nedeni ile glukokortikoid tedavisinin endikasyonlarl, kontrendi kasyonlan, yan etkileri gözden geçirilmi§tir.
Glukokortikoid tedavisinin kesilmesine ili§kin bilgiler de sunulmu§tur.
