Abstract
Pulmoner Hypertension of unknown etiology referred to as «primary pulmonary hypertension» has been rewiewed under the light of the recent developments. Six cases of primary pulmoner hypertension evaluated by clinical findings and laboratory methods have been presented.

Abstract
Etiyolojisi bilinmeyen ve «primer pulmoner hipertansiyon» olarak adlandırılan Pulmoner Hipertansiyon son gelişmeler ışığında yeniden gözden geçirildi. Klinik bulgular ve laboratuvar yöntemleriyle değerlendirilen altı primer pulmoner hipertansiyon vakası sunuldu.
