Abstract

Post-operative: The first days went normally. On 6-4-1979, signs of acute peritonitis appeared. Bile fluid was taken from the peritoneum by puncture. Hb, 89%, erythrocytes 4,480,000, white blood cells 13,600, AKS: 200 mg, Urea: 148 mg. Direct abdominal films showed air under the diaphragms.

Ameliyat sonrası: İlk günler normal gitti. 6-4-1979 tarihinde akut peritonit bulgüları ortaya çıktı. Ponksiyon ile peritondan safralı sıvı alındı. Hb, % 89, alyuvar
4.480.000, ak yuvar 13.600, AKS: 200 mg, Üre: 148 mg. idi. Direkt karın filmlerinde diafragmalar altında hava bulunuyordu.
