Sistemik Lupus Eritematosus'da Özellik Gösteren İki Olgunun Ekg Bulguları

Abstract

Kiniğimizde izleme olanağı bulduğumuz 25 SLE lu olgunun ikisinde EKG ile myokard infarktüsü örneği saptandı, Birinci olgu tedaviye rağmen kalb ve böbrek yetmezliğinden vefat etti. İkinci olgunun EKG inde bulunan myokard infarktüsü örneği steroid tedavisiyle kayboldu. Lupuslu iki genç Kadında görülen EKG bozuklukları koroner arter hastalığı
ile açıklanmıştır. İkinci olguda steroid tedavisinden sonra EKG anormalliğinin düzeimesi koroner arter hastalığının vasküliüse bağlı olduğu izlemini vermiştir.

Electrocardiographie Findings in Two Patlents with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Abstract

Out of 25 cases with SLE diagnosed in our clinic, two patients showed EKG patterns of myocardial infarction. One of these patients was a 32 year old female, who did not respond to therapy and dicd in a very short time after the dingnosis. The other patient, a 17 year old female, resporded with excellent recovery to high dose steroid therapy, and complete reversal of EKG changes were observed. EKG abnormalities seen in two young female with SİLE have been attributed to the disorders of coronarial artery. In second case, the correction of ihe EKG abnormality after steroid therapy led us to conclude that coronary arteritis was responsibl from the myocardial infarction patterm.
