Abstract

Congenital dislocation of the hip joint is seen very frequently among newhorn babies. The out come of the cases treated by modern and developed technics in very early ages is higly successful. Examination of the newborn after birth bÿ doctor will certainly Congenital diagnosing the cases as early as possible and the teratrnent is easy and inexpensive.
Ortalani's sign should be looked for and applied by doctors, and nurses to diagnose early

Abstract

Doğuştan kalça çıkığı memleketimizde çok sık olarak görülen doğuştan görölen anomaliler arasındadır, Modern tedavi metodları ile erken yaşlarda tedaviye gelen vakalarda hasarı nisbcti oldukça yüksektir,Yeni doğanın doğduğunda muayenesi ile doğuştan kalça çıkığının erken tes hisi mümkün olduğu gibi tedavisi basit ve ucuzdur.
Her hekimin, ebe vc hemşirelerin Ortalani belirtisini bilmesi ve bunu uygulaması hastaların erken teşhisi için şarttır,
