Abstract

Abstract

Ultrasesin Doppler özelliğinden yararlanılarak deri üzerinden kan akımı gösterilebilmektedir. Doppler aygıtı, damara belirli açıda (15-75', optimal 45') gönderilen ve damar içinde ilerleyen alyuvarların hızı ile orantılı olarak yansıyan ultrasesi gerek ses, gerekse traseler halinde bize iletmektedir (13). Doppler başlığıderi üzerinden aguasonic bir jel aracılığı ile uygulanır. Ayrıca ameliyat esnasında direkt olarak damara uygulanabilen halka şeklinde başlıkları da vardır. Bu aygıtlarnabızları şüpheli olan veya ödem nedeni ile nabızları belirsiz olan hastalarda ve özellikle şüpheli olgularda, tıkayıcı arter hastalığının tanısında arteriografiden önce çok yararli olur
