Abstract

There is a scientific and a very closed relationship between the human cultural formation and human biology if one takes into concideration the unique biogenetical creation of modem man (Homo sapiens sapiens) in nature. The most striking and distinctive properties of our species is our İntelligence (IQ) . Much of human learning and knowledge follow a Lamarckian model.Because of socially and technically mediated transmission ways, cultural changes of today despite of biogenetical challenges are not subjected to be restricted to passage. That is why the speed of cultural transmission is extremly fast in comparison to that of the biological. The cultural parents are not necessary to be their biological parents.The Lamarckian mode of cultural evolution has been accepted to be an extention of the human learning. Transmission of the knowledges occurs this time from one individual to another through mind rather than via DNA.It is a very distinctive rule that the human intelligence has been influenced mainly, by prenatal diet and its cultural environment. Abstract

Modern insanın (Homo sapiens sapiens) evrimi ile onun biyolojisi ve kültürel oluşumu arasında sıkı bir bilimsel ilişkinin varlığı dikkati çekmektedir. Bu bağlamda, türümüzün en çarpıcı ve ayrıcalıklı özelliği onun akıllılığıdır (IQ). İnsan bilgisinin öğrendiklerinin çoğu LAMARCK kuralını izlemekte, ona uymaktadır. Açılan tüm teknik ve sosyal kanalların yardımı ile elde edilen bilgilere dayalı kültürel evrim, bütün yollardan insanlar ve toplumlar arasında daha hızlı bir biçimde yayılmaktadır. Bu nedenle, insanların kültür ebeveynleri onların biyolojik ebeveynleri olmak zorunda değillerdir. Kültür evriminde, bilginin iletiminde bugün artık Lamarck modelinin geçerliliği kabul edilmektedir. Kültür, yayılmada, iletimde sınır tanımamaktadır. İnsanların bilgileri, LAMARCK kuralına göre öğrenip algıladıklarımn bir devamıdır. Bilginin bir kimseden diğerine ulaşımı DNA yolundan çok düşünce, fikir yolu ile sözlü, sesli (müzik), resim ve yazılı belgelerle olmaktadır. Akıllı, İntellegent olmak artık bir grup insanın genetik özelliği ve malı değildir. Ancak, yüksek zekanın belirmesi, prenatal beslenme yetersizliği, kültürel çevre uyarım eksikliği ile fırsat eşitsizliği gibi faktörler tarafından baskılanmaktadır.
