İn blood donors, Distribution of HBsAg according to sex, age, profession and blood grups

Abstract

The sera of 1553 blood donors were examined. The prevalence of HBsAg was % 7.28 by ELISA and % 6.63 by RPHA. The prevalence was discussed from the view point of sex, age, profession and blood groups. A significant difference was not established in distribution of HBsAg according to sex, age, profession and blood groups. Key VVords : Blood donors Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Epidemiological study

Abstract

Kan donörlerinde, ELISA ve RPHA yöntemleriyle HBsAg'i araştırıldı. Bin beşyüz elli üç kan donörü tarandı. ELISA ile % 7.28 ve RHPA ile % 6.63 HBsAg pozitifliği saptandı. HBsAg pozitifliğinin cinsiyet, yaş, meslek ve kan gruplarına dağılımlarında bir farklılık bulunmadı. Anahtar Kelimeler : Kan donörleri Hepatit B Yüzey Antijeni Epidemiyolojik çalışma
