ÇOCUKLARDA sıvı TEDAVİSİNİN TAKİBİNDE DERİ EMPEDANSI ÖLÇÜMLERİ YÖNTEMİNİN YERİ
Abstract
This stüdy aims to reveal the value and applicability of skin impedance measurement.s in the detectjon of the hydratıon level and effectivity of the fluid therapy of the childrerı with hdyration disorders. The following parameters were meaşured and recorded during the fluid M, H. - S, therapy of the children in the pediatric surgical intensive care unit Skin impedance body weight, hematocrit, blood pressure, heart rate, total protein and Serum electrolytes and urine density. The overall impression of this study has shown that skin impedance measurements are easily applicable, non-invasive bedside procedures with reliable results enabling early detection and monitoring of fluid imbalance in children.
