Suboccipital, transpalatal, transsphenoidal, transtentorial and transoral approaches could be applied for operations in the regions of clivus and for. magnum. Because different regions are used as entry points during these operations there is need to know the relations among structures and variations of the threedimentional anatomy and variation of the structures which are located in posterior cranial fossa. For this reason we have examined the relationships among 13 points which had been located in posterior cranial fossa to transoral approaches. Furthermore, morfometric analyses were performed among 4 different points in the basis cranii externa.
