Abstract

Ösofagusun bir primer malign melanom olgusu takdim edildi. Karakteristik histolojik görünümleri tanımlandı. Hasta, ösofagogastrektomi ile tedavi edildi. Ösofajektomi, abdominal ve torasik kombine girişimle gerçekleştirildi. Mediastinal ve intraabdominal metastaz bulguları yoktu. Ösofagusun devamlılığı ösofagogastrostomi ile sağlandı.

Primary Malign Melanoma Of The Esophagus

Abstract

We have presented a case of malignant melanoma of the esophagus which appeared to be a primary neoplasm. Characteristic histological features are described, The patient was treated by esophagogastrectomy. Esophagestomy was performed using a combined abdominal and thoraciç approach, There was no evidence of mediastinal or intra-abdominal metastasis, Continuity was reestablished with a thoracic esophagogastrostomy
