İnce Barsak Primer Non-Hodgkin Malign LenfomalarI

Abstract

1980 - 1987 yılları arasındaki kliniğimizde ameliyat edilen 13 ince barsak non-hodgkin malign lenfoma olgusunu retrospektif olarak inceledik. 13 Hastadan 12'sinde laparotomi ve biyopsi, bir tanesine kitlenin içerdiği ince barsak segmenti ile birlikte rezeksiyonu yapılmıştır. Post-operatif erken mortalite © 15,4 (2)'tür. İzleyebildiğimiz 8 hastadahı 6'sı post-operatif dönemde kemoterapi görmüştür. En uzun yaşayan hastamız 28 ay kontrolümüzde kalmıştır. Prognos'da rol oyna» yan en önemli etkenin stage olduğuna inanıyoruz. Bize göre bu hastalarda erken dönemde yapılacak cerrahi girişim ile tümör kitlesi çıkarılmalı veya küçültülmeli ve post-operatif dönemde multimodaliter tedavi uygulanmalıdır.

Prımary Non-Hodgkın Malıgnant Lymphoma Of The Small Intestınes

Abstract

We retrospectively examined 13 cases of small bowel non-Hodgkin malignant lymphoma that were operated on in our clinic between 1980 and 1987. Twelve of the 13 patients underwent laparotomy and biopsy, and one underwent resection of the small bowel segment containing the mass. Early postoperative mortality was © 15.4 (2). Six of the 8 patients we were able to follow received chemotherapy in the postoperative period. Our longest-living patient remained under our control for 28 months. We believe that the most important factor that plays a role in prognosis is stage. In our opinion, in these patients, the tumor mass should be removed or reduced by early surgical intervention and multimodal treatment should be applied in the postoperative period.
