Faz Kontrast Mikroskobunun İdrarın Mikroskobik Analizindeki Yeri

Abstract

Yeterli kontrastın sağlanamaması nedeniyle incelenmesi güç olan idrar sedimentinin daha kolay ve güvenilir olarak incelenebilmesi amacıyla faz kontrast mikroskobisi kullanılmış ve sonuçlar aydınlık saha mikroskobisiyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Sonuçta gerek hücresel yapıların gerekse silindirik yapıların faz kontrast mikroskobu ile daha güvenilir olarak ve kısa zamanda tanımlandığı gözlenmiştir.

The Role of Phase Contrast Microscopy in Microscopic Analysis of Urine

Abstract

For not having the sufficient contrast of the sedimental elements of microscopic urinelysis, the phase contrast microscopy Was used and the results were compared with the bright field microscopy. It was observed that, cither cellular structures or casts were identified properiy and guickiy with the use of phase contrast MİCrOSCopY.
