Old and New in Acute Anterior Myocardial Infarction

Abstract

Branch Block in Acute Anterior Myocardial infarction by ECG In this study we investigated the value of the VIQ in the differential diagnosis of the new (8 pts) and preexisting (2 pts) right bundle branch block (RBBB) in 10 patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction (AMI) .The VIQ value was bigger in patients with acute AMI and new RBBB than the VIQ in patients with acute AMI and old RBBB
