Abstract

Acute Intestinal Ischemia is an acute surgical abdominal disease, with is mostly observed as a result of a sudden disturbance of intes tinal perfusion and is a real threat to life. İn this stüdy, the results of the surgical therapy applied on 36 patients with Acute Intestinal Ischemia, who were admitted to the General Surgery Department of Faculty of Medicine, Ankara University,. are investigated, the literature and our findings are comparatively evaluated and presented.

Abstract

Akut Intestinal Iskemi, barsaklarda anj perfüzyon bozukluğu oluşması sonucunda görülen ve hayatı şiddetle tehdit eden bir cerrahi akut karın hastalığıdır. Bu çalışmada, AÜ. Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalına 1982 - 1987 yıllan arasında Akut İntestinal İskemi hastalığı nedeni ile müracaat eden 36 hastada uygulanan cerrahi 'tedavi sonuçları araş tırılmış, literatür gözden geçirilerek, sonuçlarımız karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmiş ve sunulmuştur
