Boyun Bölgesinin Penetran Yaralanmalarında Zorunlu Acil Cerrahi Müdahale

Year 1987, Volume: 40 Issue: 4 , 297 - 308 , 31.12.1987

Abstract

Tüm penetran boyun yaralanmaları hasta stabilize edildikten sonra araştırılmalıdır. Anjiyografi, endoskopi ve röntgen çalışmaları yardımcı tanı araçlarıdır ve mümkün olduğunda kullanılmalıdır. Klinik belirtilerin yaralanmanın kapsamını değerlendirmede her zaman güvenilir olmadığı akılda tutulmalıdır. Sadece klinik belirtilere güvenilerek bazı büyük yaralanmalar gözden kaçırılabilir.

Mandatory Emergency Surgical Intervention for Penetrating Injuries of the Neck Region

Abstract

All penetrating neck injuries should be investigated after the patient has been stabilized. Angiography, endoscopy, and x-ray studies are helpful diagnostic tools and should be used whenever possible. It should be kept in mind that clinical signs are not always reliable in assessing the extent of injury. Some major injuries may be missed by relying solely on clinical signs.
