Penetre Kalp Yaralanmaları Ve Cerrahi Tedavisi

Abstract

Bu yazıda, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tip Fakültesi Göğüs, Kalp ve Damar Cerrahisi Anabilim Dalında 1973-1984.yılları arasında acil cerrahi girişim ile tedavi edilen 9 penetre kalp yaralanma vak'ası takdim edilmiştir. Tamamı erken olan hastalarımızdan yedisinde (% 77,8) bıçak, ikisinde (% 22,8) ise ateşli silahla yaralanma meydana gelmiştir. Lokalizasyon bakımından beş sol ventrikül, iki sağ atrium ve V. cava inferior, bir sol ventrikül ve koroner arter, bir sağ ventrikül kesileri tesbit edilmiştir. Tüm vak'alarda acil cerrahi girişim ile kesi yerleri sütüre edilmiştir. Bir hasta peroperatif, diğeri ise postoperatf 6. günde myokard infarktüsü nedeni ile kaybedilmiş, geri kalan yedi hasta şifa ile taburcu edilmişlerdir.

Penetrating Heart Injuries and Surgical Treatment

Abstract

Nine cases of penetrating cardiac trauma surgically treated in our department between 1973-1984 are presented. All patient were male, and seven patients (% 77,8) had stab wounds, while the other two had high velocity missile injuries (% 22,2). Five of these lesions were located on the left ventricle, two on the right atrium and inferior vena cava, one on the left ventricle and left anterior descending coronary artery, and one on the right ventricle. All patients were taken to emergency surgery. One patient died of acute myocadial infarction in the 6 th postoperative day and the other died during operation, while the other seven patients were discharged with complete recorvery.
