Abstract

This study has been conducted in A. U, Medical Faculty, at the Physical
Theraphy and Rehabilitation clinic. The possible etiological factors of RA has
been investigated in 373 patients which were diagnosed in 4 years period.
They were asked several guestions including; the age of onset of disease,
marital status, yocallon, geographical area where they come from, the presence
of other affected family members and probable initiatingfactors according to them.
Data from this study revcaled that, age, Sex, infectious ggents, hereditary and
psychological factors can contribute to the etiology of R.A.

Abstract

Bu çalışma Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon
Kliniğimizde dört yıl süre içinde R.A.'de rol oynayan etkenlerin araştırılmasıdır. Olgularımız yatan hastalardan hiç bir seçime tabi tutulmaksızın anamnez yolu
ile incelenmiştir. Olgu sayısı 373'dür.
Olgularımızda, hastalığın başlama yaşı, medeni durumu, mesleği, yaşadığı
bölge, akrabalarında aynı hastalıktan olup olmadığı, hastalanma nedenleri soruldu.
Bu bulgularımızın neticesinde yaş, cinsiyet, heredite, psikolojik etkenler, enfeksiyonların etken olabileceği neticesine varıldı,
