The spermiogram, testicular biopsy, X-chromatin and chromosomal cultures should be done on a case of azoospermia of Primary Male sterility.
When a few spermatozoon are seen on a spermiogram, it should not considered as a sign for initiation to treat the sterility, it is also essential to keep in mind that; a case of pozitive buccal smear may have a (47 XXY) or (46 XY/47 XXY) chromosomal complements; to treat such primary sterility may not be possible anyway.
