Abstract

Bizim temel meslekî davranış yasalarımıza aykırı olduğundan, aktif sancısız ölümü (hekimin kararıyla hastayı öldürmeyi) kabül edemeyiz; pasif sancısız ölüm ise, (hastanın isteği üzerine öldürme) her hekimin kendi değerIendirmesine bağlı olarak; insana sevgi ve merhametin bir gereği gibi görünmektedir.
