Diabetes İnsipitus Ve Bilateral Üretero - Hidronefroz(Bir Olgu Nedeniyle)

Abstract

Diabetes. insipituslu bir hastada hiç bir obstrüksiyon hadisesi olmadan bilateral üretero„hidronefroz ve büyük dev mesane olgusu takdim edilmiştir. Aşırı diürezin sebeb olduğu bu durumun tedavisine değinilmiş ve literatür gözden geçirilmişür.

Diabetes İnsipitus ve Bilateral Üretero-Hidronefroz

Abstract

A case of bilateral uretero-hydronehrosis and an enlarged bladder has been presented in a patient with diabetes insipitus despite absence ofany obstructive factor. The treatment of this condition caused by excessive diuresis hağ been. pointed out and the literature has been reviewed.
