Abstract

The problems related to the treatment of terminal renal insufficiency cases by dialysis methods such as the selection of cases for dialysis programs; the inhabitation of patients or their countries; their financial power and the influence of their socio-economical conditıons on rehabilitation difficulties in obtaining dialysis materal; the selecüon of sites and instrumentation of the newly established dialysis centers; and the related training of the patients, patient's relatives and personel were discuğsed. Most of these problems could be encountered by ambulatory continuing peritoneal dialysis methods, however it is thought that the present technical means is not permitting to this solution

Terminal Böbrek Yetmezlikli Hastaların Sağıtımında Kullanılan Diyaliz Yöntemleri İle Ortaya Çıkan Sorunlar

Abstract

Terminal böbrek yetmezlikli hastaların diyaliz yöntemleri ile sağalmalarıyla ortaya çıkan, diyaliz progamına hastaların seçimi, bu hastaların ve/veya sahiplerinin iş ve yerleşim problemleri, ödeme güçleri, sosyo ekonomik durumlarının rehabilitasyonlarına etkisi, kullanılan diyaliz malzemelerinin teminindeki zorluklar, yeni kurulacak diyaliz merkezlerinin yeri ve aygıtların seçimi, hasta ve hasta sahipleri ile personelin eğitimi gibi sorunlar tartışılmış, bu sorunlardan bir çoğunun ayaktan (ambulatuvar) sürekli periton diyalizi yöntemi ile ortadan kaldırılabileceği fakat teknik olanakların bugün için buna fırsat vermediği kanısına varılmıştır.
